Your website can show your personality, but it needs to be professionally presented so that customers can find the information they are looking for quickly and easily. We live at a fast pace, often if people can’t find what they’re looking for in a minute on your site, they’ll most likely move on.
How easy is it for customers to access your services? Make sure your contact numbers/addresses are easy to find and visible (for people of all ages), both in ads and on your websites.
Take a look at your ads and get feedback from family and friends, as this can save you money. Tip – enter your phone number in a larger type on our business card. After all, this is the only reason you keep them, so people can contact you quickly and easily.
